Tony's thoughts on TV Week
This was a super successful initial TV Night for the DWTSGame! I’d maybe like to see more!

LANE & LINDSAY
Well, clearly I disagree with my fellow judges! Haha! I think this foxtrot was very light, very fun, and pitched just right.  It was a super sweet dance, and  why wouldn’t it be to the Sesame Street theme? He’s at the bottom of the leader board, but I think he’s been getting the votes. If he makes it to next week, who knows? He might get his break out dance!

GUGU & MARK

Yeah, I don’t think Gugu could have pulled this samba off very well, unfortunately. It might have been the song, or it might have been the fact that I knew the samba might have been a troubling dance for her.  And if she makes it to next week, I see even more of a problem with the Hip Hop  theme. I’m hoping, however, that this lower score fuels her fire to come back and blow everyone out of the  water!

JOSH & LACEY
Finally! I’m seeing Josh come out of his shell! I would definitely say that this is his breakout dance! I think the Jive really would suit Josh’s personality, and Lacey could have really made him shine in this dance! Hopefully they make it to Hip Hop Week so we can see more of this improvement!

MARK & KYM
A bit of a step backwards for our contenders, that’s for sure. I don’t know what it was about  this one, but I just didn’t picture Mark pulling it off like I thought he could  have. However, I imagine
he’s a huge vote getter, and he might be a back in his comfort zone with Hip-Hop week next week!

SIGOURNEY & TRISTAN
I don’t know what it is about these two, but I just can’t see them improving for some reason. This dance was about the same as I’ve seen from Sigourney. As odd as it sounds, she needs to go into Latin next week. She’s done nothing but Ballroom since week 2! At the same time, next week might be a death sentence for these two if she makes it.

CARRIE & DEREK
Well, Team Blonde Bombshell continues to impress me! Despite a more contemporary song, I’d say  Carrie and Derek really nailed this dance! Super creative, and I think this definitely is going to propel Carrie and Derek into the next couple weeks! If these two keep it up, they might be the biggest surprise of the season!

KEILY & HENRY
Wowie wow! I just love Keily. I think she’s such a versatile dancer! And this Cha-Cha was so fun! That song is just so catchy! However, she’s got the opposite situation of Sigourney: she’s only been doing Latin since Week 2! I want to see her get into some ballroom soon! But I hear she’s got the Rumba next week, so we’ll see how Hip Hop and the Rumba mesh!

ALI & VAL
Hahahaha! What a wild and whacky Jive! Who would have thought the Power Rangers theme would have made its way onto the DWTSGame?! Either way, this dance was a lot of fun, but it might not have been as clean and technical as one would have wanted. Haha! I hope the craziness of this dance sends them to next week though!

GERARD & NATALIE
Oh. SNAP! The Foxtrot was the dance that I was waiting  for Gerard to get! And boy did he not disappoint! I feel like this dance had a bit of a Noir theme to it, and boy oh boy did it work! I am a little worried about Gerard and Hip Hop, and I’m not sure how Natalie (Lowe) will do either, but fingers crossed for these two!

USHER & KARINA
Doing the Cha-Cha last week definitely helped these two! I don’t know about Natalie (Sanders), but I feel like this dance should have been 9s across the board, at least! I wouldn’t underestimate these two, really. Karina is a wonderful choreographer, and I expect next week will be kind for these two!

I have a little note for this post: I won’t be on the panel for next week! I think Valerie is coming back for Hip Hop Week! So next week you’ll get my thoughts as well as how I would have scored the dance! I’ll see you guys back in Week 6, and then back on the panel for Week 7!
